Equmen is proud to stand by the quality of its garments. If you feel you have received a defective product (eg a tear in the stitching) or you have been incorrectly sized or received an incorrect order, please contact us to submit a request.

Please note: Equmen is only able to handle returns for items purchased directly from our website, if you have purchased a product from one of our retail or online partners, please consult their respective return policies.

Due to the nature of our garments, and for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns from worn underwear unless there is a defect with the product.

Once we have reviewed your request, and it has been approved, one of our customer service staff will be in touch to advise you where to send the item back to for confirmation and replacement. We recommend you use insured postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
